The single-flow 360mm horizontal continuous casting unit is composed of power frequency latent flow core-melting and heat preservation continuous furnace, tube mold device, cooling water distribution system, servo control casting mechanism, online synchronous sawing machine, film changing sawing machine, hydraulic tilting furnace system and supporting electrical control system. The power frequency furnace adopts the new structure of the undercurrent type connected furnace. The melting furnace uses the undercurrent type channel to supply copper liquid to the thermal furnace, eliminating the heat dissipation of copper liquid through the flow trough, reducing the power consumption and the loss of copper material. Copper liquid and air contact is very little, is conducive to stability and improve the quality of the ingot, with the induction voltage, current, active power and compensated power factor indication, with metal liquid copper liquid temperature continuous measurement and digital temperature indication and induction coil, water-cooled sheath, water-cooled cable, cooling water pressure and water temperature indication and sound and light alarm.
